Edward Au, Southern Region Managing Partner, Deloitte China

Edward is Deloitte China Southern Region managing partner and was co-leader of Deloitte China’s National Public Offering Group. He has been an Audit partner of Deloitte China since 2003 and is actively involved in debt and equity offerings locally and internationally.

Edward is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong (HKICPA, practising) and the United States (AICPA), a Charted Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a Certified Practicing Accountant of CPA Australia, and a fellow member of ACCA. He currently sits on HKICPA's Audit and Registration and Practising committees and is Chair of its Corporate Finance Advisory Panel.

Mr. Kim Man Wong

Mr. Kim Man Wong  is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Hong Kong Electric Investments. He has over 30 years of experience in financial management and accounting in Hong Kong and other countries. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of HKICPA.

He has actively involved in accounting education and professional development all these years. He is currently the Chairman of Accountancy Advisory Board of Lingnan University. He is also a Panel Convenor of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of Financial Reporting Council.
