During this economic downturn, firms in the financial services sector should be more vigilant than ever to the heighted risks exposed to them, and one of those risks is the risk of misappropriation of assets.  In this Webinar, the speaker will discuss the latest enforcement actions against licensed corporations which mishandled their clients’ assets, as well as the SFC’s requirements and expectations in relation to protection of client assets for licensed corporations.
