因應新冠肺炎疫情，不少業主為租戶提供租金優惠或豁免措施，剛巧又遇上香港財務報告準則HKFRS 16 新的要求。因應國際會計準則理事會（IASB）的緊急修訂，香港會計師公會在本月4日，同樣推出了 HKFRS 16 的修訂：”COVID-19-Related Rent Concessions”。
