Guru is the Finance Director of Rentokil Initial for HK, Macau, Korea and Vietnam. He has worked in the UK and Benelux before moving to HK, mainly on projects involving M&A, integration, change management, restructuring, digital strategies, profitability analysis and pricing models. He has a Double Master in Engineering and Finance and is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant & Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
