Specifically, recommendations under certain BEPS Action Plans address transfer pricing related issues. What does it mean for businesses in Hong Kong with a global footprint? How will greater tax transparency globally affect a Hong Kong-based MNE’s global profits allocation? What are the typical transfer pricing issues faced by MNEs based in Hong Kong in a post-BEPS world? What should the enterprises do to increase the sustainability and robustness of its transfer pricing arrangements? The seminar will address the above challenges faced by Hong Kong based MNEs brought by the BEPS recommendations.
