In recent years, regulators work very keen on monitoring programmes towards listed companies and their auditors. This seminar aims to provide market participants with an understanding on up-to-date Hong Kong regulatory practices and key findings identified by various regulators in order to help market participants to minimize their risk exposures in dealing with these monitoring programmes conducted by regulators. About the Speaker: Anntice has in depth knowledge of financial reporting requirements and a profound understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory environment. She is experienced in resolving and advising upon technical accounting and auditing matters for SMEs through to listed entities, both local and overseas. She provides independent advice internally and to clients on accounting, financial reporting, auditing and listing matters. Anntice has considerable experience in handling technical and regulatory matters, including enquiries and investigations from local regulators. She monitors Baker Tilly Hong Kong's compliance with ethical and quality control standards and delivers technical training. Anntice previously obtained experience with several accounting firms, including KPMG and Deloitte, and in the Financial Reporting Council.
