About the Speakers: Ms Ivy CHEUNG, Partner, KPMG Ms Ivy CHEUNG is an audit partner of KPMG with more than 20 years of audit experience. She specialises in telecommunications, government, property and infrastructure sectors. Ivy has extensive IPO experience in assisting Hong Kong and PRC enterprises to raise funds in Hong Kong and overseas stock exchanges. She is a Council Member of the HKICPA and the Chairman of Professional Conduct Committee of HKICPA. Mr Dennis HO, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers Mr Dennis HO is the partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has over 20 years extensive experience in providing audit and transaction-related services as well as in assisting companies in preparing for listing in Hong Kong. Dennis is frequently involved in advising and assisting local, mainland-based and multinational companies on corporate restructuring, transactions, mergers and acquisitions. He is the Vice President of HKICPA, the Chairman of Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee and the Deputy Chairman of Audit Profession Reform Working Group of HKICPA.
