The objective of this seminar is for sharing of experience with sample cases as a basis for discussion. About the speaker: Mr Albert Law, is the Group Chief Financial Officer of South China Group and Executive Director of South China (China) Limited and South China Land Limited. Before taking up the current role, he held various senior financial and management positions in different industries with focus in corporate finance, investment, company restructuring, rescue, merger and acquisition. In his last position as Financial Controller of K. Wah Construction Materials Limited a position which he held for nine years, he has participated in over 20 new China investment projects, Corporate Finance, Y2K compliance administration, financial re-engineering, change management exercise, and in a number of corporate exercises including the HK$18.4Bn landmark acquisition of Galaxy Casino S.A. Mr Law is currently the President of the Institute of Accountants in Management and the Past President of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Hong Kong Division.
