Are the existing corporate governance frameworks which focus mainly on the Board and Management effective?  Without cascading to all the workforce at large, corporate governance practices may become an empty talk. We need a more pragmatic People Governance Framework to help drive better corporate governance practices across all levels of the company, from top to bottom.
