Highlights

Online interactive exercise and stretching session that can be easily performed for office workers. First 10-15 minutes will be an informative overview of common knee conditions we may encounter. Then it will be followed by 20-30 minutes of upper and lower body stretches. And as always, we will have 10-15 minutes of Q&A for anyone with more specific questions!

Mr. Julian Pang, Co-Director, Physiotherapist, Orion Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

Graduated with a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy, Julian has worked in a variety of settings across Hong Kong and Australia, focusing largely in treating sports injuries and corporate desk job pains. He has a special interest in neck and shoulder pain and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Mr. Franklin Lam, Co-Director, Physiotherapist, Orion Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

Franklin's journey into physiotherapy started when he overcame sporting injuries with the help of a physiotherapist in the United States. This inspired him to pursue a Master's degree at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and further intensive training at the University of Alberta, Canada. He specializes in injury prevention, spinal injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.
