Karen graduated from the University of Toronto in 2013. She joined the financial planning industry through AIA’s Executive Development Programme in 2020 and has been a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member for five consecutive years (2021–2025). Karen moved to Manulife in 2023 and was promoted rapidly to Branch Manager. In 2025, she became a licensed representative under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Over the past five years, she has advised and managed retirement and wealth plans for more than 150 families, specializing in integrating tax-deductible annuity solutions and MPF strategies into actionable retirement cash flows.
