Bayern is an audit partner with KPMG in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in providing assurance and accounting advisory services for listed companies, IPO and private enterprises clients in consumer markets, technology, transport and healthcare sectors. He is also the regional head of Global Japanese Practice in Hong Kong.

Bayern is a noted speaker on financial reporting. He currently serves the Registration Committee and Qualification and Examination Board of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a recipient of the Outstanding PolyU Young Alumni Award in Professional Achievement. He also serves in the boards of the PolyU Accounting and Finance Graduates’ Association and the Outstanding PolyU Alumni Association.
